New Year’s Resolutions


With a brand new year starting, now is the time to make your New Year’s resolutions and set your goals for what you want to accomplish in 2013. What do you hope to achieve in the coming year? Do you dream of finding new found confidence? Do you have a goal of improving your fitness level? Do you want to learn something new this year? This is your chance to start fresh and write the next chapter in your life, so what do you want to fill it with?

Personally I would like to offer an different take on this, if we live in the present and move daily towards our goals then we will make them. try not to get bogged down with the big picture. Know the big picture but don't freeze out the little hurdles and pieces of the puzzle that will give you gifts of knowledge on the way. lets say for example I want to bust my fantastic routine that I made last year, (which is one of my goals) if I try and bust it in one or two sessions I will probably scare the living day light out of my self and never go back to it. But if  I decide to brake it down into bite size chunks it will become a reality with a lot less pain and fear. I will first pick one combo in the routine and I will play with it and it's individual moves, play with perfecting it and joining them together before i move onto the next part of the routine. 

Lets promise ourselves this year to be kind with ourselves and get the job done all the same. I am excited now to share these things in my Blogg, as I have been scared to be vunarable before but now I am not because my life rocks in so many ways i just want to share it!! much love to you. x Sian
